Nutrition
You cant out work a shitty diet - trust us, we’ve tried.
Nutrition is at the base of everything we do. You don’t put regular fuel in a sports car so why would you fuel yourself with garbage? Don’t get us wrong, we are all about a post ride beer or a burger with our friends after a round of golf. Nutrition often get’s looked as an all in or all out deal, thats just not true.
At Impetus we believe in habit based nutrition. We will teach you what to eat when depending on your goals and help you build habits around nutrition that fit your lifestyle.

Mountain Bike
We all know the feeling of driving home, covered in mud, saying damn… I wish I did a second lap.
At Impetus we know those feelings and we also know how to remedy such situations. Our Mountain Bike program is individually designed for you to allow you to ride longer and harder.
We place a focus on strength and endurance but also the focus and coordination required to put a hot lap together.

Regardless if you are an avid backpacker an aspiring triathlete or just looking to explore the mountains on weekends we have a the knowledge to design a program to get you to your goal.
Endurance events and large scale hiking trips are no joke and require serious planning. Lucky for you we have experience in training and completing such a thing.
