Hiking and backpacking to most means a leisurely stroll in the woods for an hour or two, but we both know thats not why you are here. You want to get out there, see the backcountry and watch the sunrise from the peak of a 10,000ft mountain. Thats hard work - days on end hiking and carying all of your gear requires a very accute type of fitness. Luckily for you, we have the same interests and have seen that sunrise and chased those views.

Our HIKE programming places an emphasis on strength work. More specifically single leg, core and posterior chain strength and endurance.

If you want to hike farther, chase views and feel better doing it then our HIKE program is for you.
