Our coaches have tried, tested, failed and reinvented our nutrition protocol. Our goal is NOT to keep a nutrition client long term. Our goal is to equip our clients with the knoledge and tools to graduate from our nutrition program is as soon as six months.
We have developed a methodical approach that layers on habits that start simple and that have the ability to get as complex as you need to help meet your goals. For a lot of our clients developing a better understanding of how much, what and when to eat is enough to see significant changes. For others we know that weighing and measuring along with and more specific fueling approach is the key to break through your fitness platues.
No matter what you end goal our six month Nutritional foundations course is ideal for anyone looking to make a change to their aesthetics or performance.
During our six month foundations course we start simple and slowly layer on complexity. Only once you and your coach feel ready to add another layer to the pie you can, oh yea pie is allowed. After finishing all six sections you will have more a strong foundation of nutritional knowledge.
You cant out work a shitty diet - trust me, we’ve tried.
Nutrition is at the base of everything we do. You don’t put unleaded fuel in a sports car so why would you fuel yourself with garbage?
Don’t get us wrong, we are all about a post ride beer or a burger with our friends after a round of golf. Nutrition often get’s looked as an all in or all out deal, thats just not true.
At Impetus we believe in habit based nutrition. We will teach you what to eat when depending on your goals and help you build habits around nutrition that fit your lifestyle.
